Justin Bent Rail collection of edgy western looks targeting 18-to-24-year-old consumers is set to launch. Justin is leveraging their country music clout to get this boot off the ground.
“Bands in the alternative country scene are popular with that crowd,” said spokesperson Megan Force, referring to the collection’s core audience — particularly those living in the southern and western parts of the U.S., where these bands are most well known.
The Fort Worth, Texas-based company will promote the line through a marketing program that focuses on interacting with consumers. Initiatives include social media programs on MySpace, Facebook and Twitter, as well as exclusive live concert video streams and mobile text-to-win promotions. On the more traditional marketing side are POS materials and gift-with-purchase perks such as music download cards.
The Randy Rogers Band, singer-songwriter Wade Bowen and the Casey Donahew Band will be featured in the campaign, wearing the boots on tour as well as in the ads.

I like to buy made in the USA whenever possible. It is getting tougher and tougher to do. Even cowboy boots, the true American Footwear is now made almost everywhere but here in the USA.
If you, like me, like to buy your boots with a Made in America label then you should visit Boot City. They have flagged every boot they carry to show an American Flag if it is made here in America.
Here Are some Quick links to help you find Boots Made in country.

The Justin Lacers above are a good example of boots made in the USA. I wear them when ever I have work to do outside. Great Craftsmanship and a great product.

Check out this great blog post about one woman's favorite pair of cowboy boots. We've copy and pasted the intro below, but we'd really recommend you read the entire thing here. It's a great entry on loving your boots (and where to get the ones she's displaying!).
These are without a doubt my most favorite pair of cowboy (cowgirl?) boots I’ve ever owned. Now, granted, I never even owned a pair of boots until after I married Marlboro Man…and even then, I experienced a bit of a learning curve.
Cowboy boots, in case you don’t know, are DIFFICULT. Between finding the kind of toe you like to finding a pair that’s comfortable enough that you’ll actually want to wear them, choosing the perfect pair of cowboy boots can rival rocket science in terms of level of difficulty. And I had to kiss a lot of frogs before I found my pair.
The toe of a cowboy boot is such a personal choice. There are the square toes—my sister-in-law Missy wears them, and they look great on her. On me, though, the square toes just made me feel like a clunkhead; they just didn’t suit me.
